SwarYoga - Cure Without Medication

Yoga Health
It is the first duty of mankind to keep themselves away from diseases - physical as well as psychological, when there are grave chances of contagious diseases due to unhealthy living. Many medical systems have been evolved to cure these diseases for over a period of times. Some of the major available medical treatments are: Allopathic, Homeopathic, Ayurvedic, Unani, Acupressure, Acupuncture and Siddha, etc. These systems have their own pros and cons.

Ayurveda
Auirvedic Medicines
It might have left a bad taste on you when a medicine cured a disease but a new one has comes into existence. So, you may please spare a few minutes to think over; how it would feel to be cured without intake of a single pill of medicine.

‘Swarodaya Yoga’ is an alternate to the bitter pills of treatment that we swallow. It is a science as it allows us to systematically study sound of inhaling or exhaling of breath through our nose which one can observe individually or personally. It is named after Swar i.e. sound of breathing and pulse. Swar exactly means: musical note.
VATA, PITTA, KAPHA

‘Swarodaya Yoga’ cures all diseases by balancing three types of imbalances - Vata (Air), Pitta (bile) and Cuff (Sputum) through our respiratory system which are the major elements of Ayurveda also. The pulses are connected to our heart and if we palpate arteries, we can record our heartbeat. You will definitely agree to the fact that human life is dependent on oxygen which is taken to our cells by red blood cells available in hemoglobin of our blood. So, our body is completely dependent on inhalation and exhalation of breathing.

Swar Yoga
Pulse System

‘Swarodaya Yoga’ defines and divides the breathing system into three types i.e. Ida (when we inhale & exhale from our left side of the nostrils), Pingla (when we inhale & exhale from our right side of the nostrils) and Sushmana (when we inhale & exhale from both sides of the nostrils). We mostly breathe in & out from either Ida or Pingla but sometimes we breathe from both the nostrils. Ida depicts peace and purity as per Sarovdaya Shastra, however, Pingla relates to gallant and power. Sushmana is neutral among them. It says that, we should work according to the nature of Ida or Pingla.

Swarodaya Yoga states that we alternatively breathe one of the other nostrils for one hour (12 times each) throughout a day. The rotations of beginning of breathe with each nostril changes with lunar cycle. Our breathing begins from the left nostril on the day of a new moon upto three days and then it changes to right nostril for next three days. This rotation continues till the last date of full moon. However, the rotation will be contrary to the above lunar phase when moon moves from Waxing Gibbous to Waning Crescent. If you find that you are not breathing in the defined order, it means that you may get ill and if that continue to remain for more than 45 days, it means that you will breathe your last soon. We can cure our breathing rotation, if we start to breathe against the natural rotation. The simple approach is not to breathe from the nostril, if that breathes against the natural way. You should stop that immediately by pressing the nostril with the use of thumb and start inhaling from the nostril which is not pressed. After inhaling you should release the pressed nostril for exhaling. However, exhaling shall be done after pressing the nostril, which has been used for inhaling, with two fingers. Even, if we fail to stop breathe in a natural way, then we should apply a cotton or silk cloth instead of thumb and fingers.

So, if you learn to change your breathe, you can win over air and medicines.

Senescence or Aging can be Stopped

Cell senescence or aging of organs brings old age for the living being; the scientists believe so.  The cells of the human being divide between 40 or 60 times until further division are not possible. Every time a cell splits into another cell, the length of the cell’s DNA gets shorter. The utmost limit of cell division is known as Hayflic Limit. If you manage to stop cell senescence; you can definitely cure the disease of aging.  Scientists are working hard to end the process of cell senescence, so that, he human being can enjoy immortality.

Fenugreek
One of the scientists concludes that if we intake adequate quantity of vitamin E, vitamin C and vitamin B12 through our meal, we can slow down the process of cell senescence. Today let's think about the natural sources of the above vitamins, which can be used in our daily repast.  At the first, wheat sprouts is a natural source of vitamin E, at the second paper lemon (Mexican lemon; widely grown in India), honey and Indian Gooseberry (Phyllanthus emblica, or Amla) are natural sources of vitamin C and the last is Fenugreek or Methi seeds, which is a natural source of vitamin B12.

We can easily make a recipe out of these and use them daily in our food course. To begin with, the wheat and the fenugreek should be washed thoroughly for 4 or 5 times to deplete the effect of pesticides that are used in agriculture products.  Then, 40 g wheat and 10 g Fenugreek should be put into a half glass of water for 24 hours. After 24 hours, tie them into a wet and thick cloth. Further, the tied cloth should be kept in open air for 24 hours to turn them into sprouts.  But in the process, half glass of water should not be thrown away in waste.  Instead of throwing away the water, drops of half lemon and 2 tea spoon of honey and some dry ginger powder should be put into that. In the morning, you should drink that glass of water on empty stomach. You should make a habit of eating the sprouts only in your breakfast. Though the recipe is economical, yet it is a great source of the energy.

Indian Gooseberry or Phyllanthus emblica is the best source of vitamin C.  The character of Indian Gooseberry is that its vitamins do not diminish even if it is cooked or preserved in a dry form. It heals diseases of teeth and gums, high blood pressure, blockage of blood supply into the heart (heart attack), cancer, Jaundice, Tuberculosis, Prostate, diseases of gums and teeth, etc. Indian Gooseberry has anti-oxidant engimes that prevent killing or damaging of cells.  Its healing characteristics are highly acclaimed in Ayurveda.
